CEO + Founding Partner
As CEO and Founding Partner of Altius Sports Partners, Casey is the founding member, responsible for the oversight of the company.
Prior to founding Altius Sports Partners, Casey was the vice president of business & legal affairs at the NFL Players Association, helping lead the NIL program for all NFL players. He began his career in sports media at NFL Media and FOX Sports and has taught at both USC and Howard law schools.
Founding Partner + Media Expert
As a Founding Partner of Altius Sports Partners, John brings media and brand expertise to the company.
John is a well-respected media consultant who most recently served as the President of Production at Fox Sports. A 14-time Emmy winner, as Executive Producer he oversaw all Studio and Event Production for the Fox Sports Media Group (FSMG). Earlier in his career he was a Senior Vice President at MLB Network and prior to that a Producer at ESPN. Entz was honored as one of Sports Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2010.
Founding Partner + Sports Business Strategist
As a Founding Partner of Altius Sports Partners, David brings sports business and marketing expertise to the company.
In addition to this role, David is the founder of the Sports Business Group which has consulted for corporations, sports organizations, sports and entertainment venues, law firms, municipalities, and individual athletes. He is also an associate professor of sports business at the USC Marshall School of Business, having served on the faculty since 1994.
Educational Consultant + Sports Law Expert
As an Altius Sports Partners Educational Consultant, Gabe provides legal and NCAA compliance expertise to the company.
Gabe is also the Sher Garner Professor of Sports Law and Paul and Abram B. Barron Professor of Law at Tulane Law School, the Director of the Tulane Sports Law Program, Associate Provost for NCAA Compliance and Co-Director of the Tulane Center for Sport. Professor Feldman is one of the leading voices in the country in sports law and has been at the forefront of NIL issues in college athletics.
Advisor + Sports Business Leader
As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Oliver provides leadership experience spanning collegiate and professional athletics.
His roles have included Commissioner of the XFL, Executive Vice President for Regulatory Affairs and Strategic Partnerships of the NCAA, and Athletic Director of West Virginia University. Additionally, Oliver has been in leadership roles with the Houston Dynamo of Major League Soccer and the National Football League and was Chief Executive Officer of the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority, where he oversaw the financing, construction and management of professional sports and entertainment infrastructure in Houston, including Minute Maid Park, Reliant Stadium and Toyota Center.

As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Jessica brings the unique and valuable perspective of a world-class athlete.
An Olympic Gold and Silver Medalist, Jessica joined ESPN in 2007 and in 2015, became the first woman to serve as an analyst for nationally-televised MLB games. Prior to her work with ESPN, Mendoza was a field reporter for Yahoo! Sports at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Mendoza was a four-time first team All-American while playing outfield at Stanford University where she led the team to their first ever Women’s College World Series appearance.

As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Kenneth provides thought leadership developed through decades of work as one of the sports business industry’s preeminent voices.
Professor Shropshire is CEO of the Global Sport Institute and the adidas Distinguished Professor of Global Sport at Arizona State University. He recently closed out a thirty-year career as an endowed full professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was also Director of the Wharton Sports Business Initiative, Professor of Africana Studies, and Academic Director of Wharton’s sports-focused executive education programs. He now holds the title of Wharton Professor Emeritus.
Advisor + Partnership and Revenue Generation Expert
As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Renie brings a wealth of experience in partnerships and revenue generation for sports organizations.
Renie currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President, Partnerships at the NFL. Prior to joining the NFL in 2006, she spent nine seasons at the Arena Football League. Renie has garnered numerous accolades throughout her career. She is a Hall of Fame honoree of the Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award; an Ad Age 40 Under 40 winner; a 2016 WISE Woman of the Year; a Sports Business Journal “Game Changer”; and was named one of “The Most Powerful Women in Sports” by Adweek two years in a row.

As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Malcolm brings a wealth of sports business expertise and experience to the company.
His skills include maximizing and creating new business opportunities; building effective and efficient corporate partner relationships; accelerating revenue/operating income growth; fundraising; conceptualizing value-generating solutions; and enhancing cultures and building high performing teams. Malcolm has used these skills in prior roles as Vice Chancellor & Athletics Director, Vanderbilt University and NBA G League President as well as in leadership roles with Wasserman and OnSport.
Advisor + Global Sports Marketing Expert
As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Jené provides over two decades of experience as a global sports and entertainment executive.
Jené currently serves as Chief Growth Officer for Athletes First Partners, where she develops and implements growth strategies across international and other non-traditional revenue streams for the agency. Jené has also held executive positions with the NBA, NBC Universal, Comcast, and Fox Sports. In her variety of roles, she has overseen marketing and sales efforts in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
She is currently a member of the Board of Governors for Stanford University's Alumni Associates, where she was also an All-American gymnast.
MICHAEL O'HARA LYNCH
Advisor + Marketing and Brand Building Expert
As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Michael brings strategic marketing expertise in helping brands, sports, and entertainment rights holders build their respective brands and businesses.
Michael is a Partner in 3 Emerald Marketing, a sports, music & entertainment marketing consulting practice. He also led Visa’s global sponsorship marketing/management business to the pinnacle of the industry, including managing and marketing the Olympic and Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cup, NFL, MLS, and numerous other sports organizations, teams, and athlete endorsements. Michael was tabbed as one of the “100 Most Powerful People in Sports” by The Sporting News.
Michael earned his BBA from the University of Notre Dame and MBA in Marketing from Cornell University.
LEADERSHIP & CLIENT SERVICES
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Altius Sports Partners, Courtney leads, manages and directs all day-to-day operations and is responsible for the company’s strategic growth, oversight of staff, fiscal management, current client relationships, business development, and promotion of ASP’s mission and values.
Courtney joins the Altius team after teaching as a full-time faculty member at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he was also the Associate Director of the USC Marshall Sports Business Institute.
VP, Collegiate Partnerships
As Vice President, Collegiate Partnerships, Andrew oversees university relationships and provides guidance to athletics departments in building customized NIL programs addressing rule changes, compliance support, institutional policy, new opportunities, and educational programming.
Andrew comes to Altius after serving as Senior Associate Athletics Director for Regulatory Affairs at the University of Tennessee where he was responsible for overseeing all areas of a comprehensive compliance program for the university's 20 intercollegiate athletics teams and served as sport administrator for seven of the Volunteers' sport programs. He has been a member of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) for more than a decade, most recently having served as NAAC President during the 2020-21 academic year. Prior to his arrival at Tennessee, Andrew held a similar leadership role in the athletics department at Marshall University and taught in the school's undergraduate and graduate sports management programs. He previously served as the Director of Compliance/Education and Communications at LSU.
Senior Account Executive
As Account Executive for Altius Sports Partners, Celine oversees client relationships, delivers the full client experience, and maintains and grows engagement with current clients.
Prior to Altius, Celine was the Director of Advancement and Engagement at Women Leaders in College Sports, leading all membership touchpoints, stewardship, and experience. She worked hands-on with member development, connecting members and enhancing leadership opportunities within Women Leaders. She began her career at Western Illinois University in Student-Athlete Development and Academics, overseeing football, men's and women’s basketball, and track and field while assisting all sports. Celine also oversaw both S.A.A.C. and W.E. (Women Empowering), the group for female student-athletes.
As the Account Executive for Altius Sports Partners, Carly serves as a day-to-day contact for administrative matters for client relationships.
She is a former Division I athlete from Dartmouth College, where she served as team captain for the women’s volleyball team and was named Academic All-Ivy League in 2019. Carly also spent time at the NFLPA working as a Former Player Services intern, with the Orlando Magic as a Legendary Guest Services Representative, and in the Dartmouth Athletics fundraising and external relations departments.
